I promote and support healthy behaviours that see change in my members. We talk around mindset, health, food, activity, sleep and water. I believe prevention is far better than cure.
We use calorie counting as our base for change using a superb app called Nutracheck.

First payment of £15, by bank transfer, which includes:
- PDF of plan to be sent via email
- access to our Members Only interactive app which gives 24/7 support
- 4 weeks membership
- 1 weekly Zoom meeting.
Every 4 weeks thereafter is £11.80 by bank transfer. Cancellation can be actioned by contacting me.
