Dizzy shared that she’s changed so many things as wanted to lower her sugars eg swapped her bread, no biscuits, limits her cake.

Super Pinchbeck success today for Amanda Bergin as she reached her 1/2 stone award with CYW.
She shared that at first she wondered about calorie counting but is delighted with how easy it is. Nearly everything has calories on it now which helps us make choice.

Ladies & gentlemen the chocolate bell rang today as Carol Payne became our 87th Marigold member.
Carols total loss is 61lb & she’s over the moon to achieve her goal today.
She was poorly over last Christmas & it changed her outlook on food especially snacking – she’ll only snack on fruit now not sugary foods that are processed.
